Lemon Noodles

This is the perfect side dish for fish or really anything.

1 lb spaghetti or fettucine, angel hair or pasta noodle
2 cups sour cream
1/2 stick butter (4 tblsp)
Juice and peel of one lemon
1/4 c finely chopped parsley
Fresh Ground Pepper
Parmesan Cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook the noodles in boiling water, drain and put in baking dish. Melt butter in small saucepan and remove from heat, stir in sour cream, lemon juice and peel, mix with pasta, bake for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with a goodly amount of fresh pepper, parmesan cheese to taste, and parsley. Toss and serve.
